The 7212 has a 12.1 XGA display and video quality resolution and is preloaded with BlueChart G2 Maps of the U.S. Coast. It also supports Sonar, Radar, and Weather.

Garmin 6212 Chartplotter
The Garmin 6212 is a good choice if you prefer the traditional push button interface.
The 6212 and the 6208 Garmin Chartplotters both have a push button interface. The 6212 (pictured) has a 12 inch screen and the 6208 has an 8 inch screen.

The 740s Chartplotter is a stand alone touchscreen chartplotter with a brilliant 7-inch display.
The GPSMAP 740s comes with built in maps of the U.S. coast, has an internal high-sensitivity GPS receiver and can accept graphical weather data.
Additional inputs the 740s supports includes sonar (fish finder / bottom machine) and has a Radar port.

The Garmin GPSMap 4212 packs a 12.1 inch brilliant color display in a slim design.
The 4212 is a chartplotter that comes preloaded with maps of the US coast including the Bahamas, Alaska, and Hawaii. Included are detailed coastlines, shaded depth contours, navigation aids, port plants, wrecks, restricted areas and tide information.
